Q. How does the program work?

Q. What is the success rate?

Q. Will this program repair or damage my credit?

No, the program is designed to stop foreclosure and to give you time to get financially stable or sell your home. This program will not damage your credit.

Q. Will I need an Attorney to implement this program?

Our step-by-step program gives you total control and walks you through the entire process. If you wish to seek legal advice, please do so at your discretion.

Q. Do you negotiate with my lender?
A.
No, we are not negotiators. The program we provide you will have all the necessary forms that will help give you the required negotiating power with your lender, should you choose to do so. Negotiating is not required for the program to work, but once you get the lender's attention with this program, more often than not, the lender will do whatever they can to renegotiate your loan terms.

Q. Do I need to let my lender know I am using this program?

No, the forms you will be sending in to them will notify them.

Q. What happens if I miss a step in the process?

Time frames are very important!  Follow the instructions carefully and double check the information you provide on the forms. This is about saving your home, if you miss a step you will have to begin over.

Q. Will this program stop the harassing phone calls from bill collectors?

Yes, but not immediately. It will take about 3 to 5 weeks.

Q. Are there any other fees involved?

Yes, there is a small Monthly Document Processing Fee.  That is it.

Q. Bottom line, will I ever be able to keep and own my home?

This program was designed to stop your foreclosure and provide you the time you need to determine your best course of action. You will be able to accomplish one of the following four outcomes:
  1. You will have time to get back on top of your finances so you can get caught up on your mortgage, stay in your home and eventually own it someday.
  2. You will cause the lender to renegotiate your loan terms so that you can stay in your home and continue owning it.
  3. You receive the necessary time to sell the property without being foreclosed on.
  4. You get the time needed to prepare yourself to vacate the property, in your timing, to get out of the situation you are in right now.
